Pet Releaf is a Colorado-based treat manufacturer creating organic, all-natural pet treats using Cannabidiol (CBD) derived from hemp. This does NOT have any of the psychoactive properties found in the THC of medical or recreational marijuana. What it does have are 20 amino acids, including the 9 essential amino acids, as well as Omega 3, 6, and 9 in the magic ratio. This is both a healthy and a helpful treat to share with your dog.

The Pet Releaf Edibites for dogs comes in four different flavors. All the ingredients are human-grade, natural and organic and chosen not only for great taste but for their health benefits.
For example, the Organic Barley Flour lowers the risk of heart disease, certain cancers, cholesterol levels, and is one of the best sources of dietary fiber found naturally. Or the Coconut Oil, widely considered a superfood and excellent for your dog’s skin and coat. Then there is Agar, a Japanese Red Seaweed which improves cardiovascular health, enhances cell regeneration, and aids in cleansing the liver of toxins. Honey, for it’s anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties and a source of natural sugars. Carob, which improves digestion and is an anti-inflammatory food. Kale, high in vitamins K and C and exceptionally high in anti-oxidants. All of this with the CBD Hemp Oil and a mixture of fruits and vegetables like blueberries, cranberries, bananas, apples, carrots, and more.

Everything is baked in small batches in their certified commercial kitchen in Colorado, USA. All products are submitted for testing by independent 3rd party laboratories to ensure 100% safety and efficacy for your dogs. Each treat contains between 1 and 1.5 milligrams of cannabidiol (CBD).

Pros:

Cons:
It’s hard to say this is a negative, but one of the drawbacks of all natural treats is they have a very short shelf life. Also, these are definitely a premium treat so not exactly cheap, but neither is a sick dog, and what price will you put on the health and well being of your best friend?
Final Thoughts:
We all like giving our dogs treats, and while (just like we do for ourselves) it might be sometimes fun to indulge in something not-so-healthy, this really isn’t necessary for your favorite fur friend and we really should be giving them only good, natural, and healthy treats.
