Can I return something I purchased from HoundAbout?

If you’re not satisfied with your HoundAbout.com purchase, you may return the product for the purchase price (minus any shipping, handling, gift wrap or other charges). Product must be in its original packaging and not worn, altered, used, etc. Contact us at customerservice@houndabout.com to let us know what you need to return and why.

How do I return an item?

Many of our products ship directly from the manufacturer, so please don’t send them to us without contacting us first. We will issue you a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number, along with instructions for where to return the item.

To return an item:

  • Contact us at customerservice@houndabout.com to let us know what you need to return and why.
  • If it’s the wrong size, the wrong color, defective, or you just don’t like it, we’re happy to process a return. We’ll ask you for the following:

  • Invoice Number
  • Item Name
  • Item Number
  • Purchase Date

Once we receive your request, allow us 1-2 business days to send you back the RMA and return instructions. Once the item is returned, we’ll issue the refund to the card you used to purchase.
